Pieter Maarten has nearly 20 years experience as investment banker. In 1990 he joined Goldman Sachs and in 1996 became one of their world-wide Managing Directors. Before Goldman Sachs, Pieter Maarten has founded a small investment bank (Amsterdamse Investerings Bank) and worked for
McKinsey & Company.

| Geert Postma (Managing Director) |

Geert has worked as manager and consultant. In the last years he was partner at Bain & Company in Brussels and Amsterdam. Before Bain, Geert was division president at KNP BT, running international divisions (about 3000-3500 employees). He also worked for McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam.
Geert has a master’s degree in Business Economics of the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam (with highest honors) and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Utrecht |

| Eduard Baijs (Executive Director) |

Eduard has more than 10 years of experience as business consultant. His first job was with KPMG Management Consulting specializing in cost and performance management. Later Eduard joined Bain & Company, mainly working for private equity firms. He was involved in strategic due diligence projects and post acquisition performance improvement projects. For Bain he worked in Amsterdam and London.
Eduard studied Business Economics at the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam and holds an MBA (with highest honors) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Chicago (specialization in Strategy & Finance). Eduard has been with Aletra from the start. |

Patrick Tournoy(Managing Director FIT Group) |

Patrick has worked as manager and consultant. Currently he is managing director of Flanders Informatics Trade N.V., an Aletra portfolio company. Patrick has a master’s degree in Material Sciences and an MBA (both in Leuven). For five years he worked at Procter and Gamble in Belgium and Spain. The next five years he worked at Bain & Company in the Benelux and in Korea.

Michiel Jonkman Michiel studied General Economics at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, where he also completed a base year in Econometrics. Before joining Aletra Capital Partners, he worked for Fortis Corporate Finance and Capital Markets in various industry sectors. Michiel joined the team in January 2008
